Meet Our Board

Isabell is the founder & CEO of IMC Consult, a consulting firm helping businesses to accelerate growth via navigating the evolving landscape of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), digital assets, and transformational change. 

Her board advisory roles include Equileap, the leading data provider for diversity & inclusion and gender equality and Vizzy, a start-up challenging how organisations find and recruit talent.

Isabell is a member of 100Women@ Davos, a community of impact-driven women

CEOs, leaders, and change makers. She is a founding member and former Global Co-President of Women in ETFs, a global industry association with the aim of connecting, supporting and inspiring their 12,000 members across the ETF ecosystem.

A seasoned finance professional, she has over 20 years of leadership and management experience at several leading companies – including iShares, ETF Securities, Goldman Sachs, Euronext, Reuters and most recently at 21Shares. 

Isabell holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge, a BSc Hons in Business Studies from City University, London and, and is involved in several volunteer organizations, including being a Trustee at the 1st City of London Scout Group.

Arnaud Llinas is an Operating Partner at BlackFin Capital Partners, a $4B+ AUM VC firm investing in European financial services and technology companies. He is also the founder of ETF-Strategy, a consultancy advising asset managers on ETF market entry.

Arnaud Llinas was, until January 2024, a Managing Director of Amundi Asset Management in charge of ETFs, Indexing, and Smart Beta business line. He has 20 years of experience in capital markets, from cash equity to derivatives trading. He joined Amundi in January 2022 to lead the combined ETF, Indexing and Smart Beta business lines of Lyxor and Amundi.

Arnaud Llinas has been a member of the executive committee of Lyxor Asset Management and the Wealth & Asset Management unit of Société Générale in Paris. As Head of Lyxor ETF division since 2013, Lyxor ETF became one of the top 3 ETF issuers in Europe.

Arnaud started his career as a risk analyst at Fauchier Partners, BNP AM fund of hedge funds arm in London. He joined the market-making desk at SG CIB in 2004 in the Equity department. From 2005 to 2008, he actively participated in the development of the SG Equity index platform and worked hand in hand with Lyxor to develop the ETF range.

He became Head of the 1 Delta Listed Products trading team in 2008, covering Structuring and Market-Making for ETFs, Certificates, Single stock, and Dividend futures in Europe.

Arnaud holds an engineering degree from CentraleSupélec as well as a master’s degree in Quantitative Finance from Pierre & Marie Curie University.

Having spent a 35+ year career in the global financial markets spanning Trading, Asset Management, Product Development, Sales, Relationship Management culminating in building and managing a global book of business, John is a skilled senior executive, having managed lucrative client portfolios and overseen key markets, forging industry partnerships to leverage growth opportunities.


Throughout his career, John has been actively involved in mentorship programs and has led financial education seminars in the fields of Index/Passive investing across the Americas, EMEA and Asia.

John currently holds a number of Non-Executive Director and Advisory Board positions whilst consulting within the Index/Passive industry along with speaking engagements.

John holds an Executive MBA with Distinction from the Ducere Global Business School/UEL encompassing Finance for Business Managers, Business Strategy, Leadership in Practice, Digital Transformation, Marketing & Communication and Industry Project Management.

Furthermore, John was selected as one of the “ETF Stream – Industry 30” in 2020 – The 30 individuals were selected for their efforts in innovation and/or disruption within their respective fields. It does not just highlight those that are leading against their peers but also brings attention to those that have broken into new markets and shown originality.

John is continuously looking to combine his wealth of real-world experience with academic rigour to support businesses and financial education/literacy as the industry embraces new technology, new asset classes and the challenges of long-term wealth creation and the on-going generational wealth transition.

Silvia Bosoni is a senior executive with 25 years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong managerial track record in the design, development, and leadership of ETF markets in Europe. 

She most recently served as Group Head of ETFs at Euronext, where she led cross-border teams in Milan, Paris, Amsterdam, and London, overseeing strategic growth, platform innovation, and issuer engagement across multiple regulated markets.

Previously, she held leadership positions at Borsa Italiana and the London Stock Exchange Group, contributing to the launch and expansion of one of Europe’s most active ETF ecosystems.

Silvia combines deep product knowledge with proven leadership, P&L responsibility, and stakeholder management at the highest level. She is certified in Corporate Governance by SDA Bocconi (2025) and is highly regarded for her ability to align innovation, regulatory integrity, and sustainable growth in complex financial environments

Professor Alejandro Ruelas-Gossi, PhD has served as a consultant and speaker for several of the Fortune 500, including Sony, Motorola, Microsoft, Bristol-Myers, IBM, Philips, Caterpillar, Cemex, Baxter, EY, Aon, Techint, AT&T, Abbott and Boston Scientific.

He served as the founding managing director of the think-tank Orkestra – The Basque Institute of Competitiveness, in the Basque Country of Spain.

Before his transition to academia, he held high-managerial roles at Deere & Co, CEMEX and CYDSA. He is a frequent expert contributor on CNN for topics on strategy and innovation.

Professor Ruelas-Gossi has written several articles for Harvard Business School Publishing with a worldwide impact, which have been cited extensively and reprinted in multiple languages. The Financial Times has also singled out and published his work in the specialized section: MASTERING SERIES. Expansion Magazine (a subsidiary of TIME), in its December 2005 edition, featured Professor Ruelas-Gossi’s work together with Porter’s, Drucker’s, Prahalad’s, Hamel’s and Christensen’s contributions as the most influential in the field of business strategy.

Invited among the world specialists in Strategy & Innovation to write frequently at HBR.org from the Harvard Business Review. His articles are consistently top stories at HBR.org.

Robin is an accomplished EU government and regulatory affairs professional with 20+ years of experience across consultancy, trade association and corporate environments. He is a trusted voice on financial services regulation, with a deep understanding of EU legislative processes, capital markets and cross-border businesses.

Robin most recently led the government and regulatory affairs teams at Euronext, the pan-European exchange. In this role, he was responsible for the design and execution of advocacy, both at the Brussels and national levels, as well as for the Group’s engagement with national supervisors. Working at an exchange meant the issues of investor access – particularly retail – to capital markets were always a priority, underpinning much of his engagement on the European Commission’s Savings and Investments Union project.

Robin was previously Deputy Head of the City of London’s Brussels Office. As part of a team whichestablished the Office in 2004, he was responsible for the formulation and execution of the City of London’s EU public affairs strategy, notably in respect of securities markets, fund management and tax
issues.

Robin holds a graduate degree in French and Spanish from the University of Bradford in the UK and completed further postgraduate studies in Paris at the Universities of Marne-la-Vallee and Paris XIII, studying European politics and international relations respectively. In addition to his native English, Robin speaks French and Spanish and is learning Russian.
